Online Payments
How do TheCompanyWarehouse.Co.UK process payments and recurring billing on my credit and debit card and are my card details secure?
One off payments
When you make an online payment to TheCompanyWarehouse.Co.Uk you will be required to enter your credit or debit card details including your 3 digit security number (known as a “CVV”) on a secure form. When you click “make payment” this is passed through a 3rd party payment gateway (PAYSAFE) who handle our electronic payments.
TheCompanyWarehouse.Co.Uk never store credit, debit card or the 3 digit security “CVV” numbers on our servers. We are supplied with the last 4 digits of the card used for the transaction by our payment gateway provide and this information is recorded on our servers along with a unique transaction reference.
Recurring payments
When a payment is made for an order that includes a “future billing” element the transaction is handled differently to enable us to take future payments from your account WITHOUT storing your card details on our servers. In these situations when you validate the first payment and enter your 3 digit security number via the third party payment gateway (PAYSAFE) we also advise that we need to bill your card for future transactions. In this situation our payment gateway provide us a secure “token” that we can use for future billing. The token replaces your credit card number and CVV security code and is unique to transactions between us and cannot be used with any other vendor or any other payment gateway.
WE DO NOT STORE YOUR CREDIT/DEBIT CARD NUMBER OR CVV ON OUR SERVERS.
